Kiera you made really good points about the "color division" in the African American community. In fact I was able to find plethora of light vs. dark skin videos on youtube. You should check out my page for some of the ones I found interesting.I also like the cartoon. It gives a snapshot of the black-white relationship in America.
This is so true and sad. 400 years of history in one cartoon! Great find.
